B&B Mimosa is located in a residential area surrounded by green spaces and a wide parking area. It is situated approximately 6 Km from Pisa and from Cisanello Hospital. It is located at 400 mt from the Polo Tecnologico and 1 Km from exit of the Fi-Pi-Li highway. From ‘Mimosa’ you can easily reach the Coast, the hills and important cities of art like Florence and San Gimignano.

In the near proximity of the B&B there are Uliveto Spa, the swimming pool and tennis court, all situated about 4 Km. S. Giuliano Spa and its Fitness Centre are located  at 10 km.

It is also possible to reach Pisa by bus. The bus stop can be found 3 minutes by foot from the B&B. Buses run every 15-20 minutes.

The train station ‘Navacchio’ is situated at 400 m from the B&B

The Supermarket, the Bank, Postal Office, Medical Centre, Chemist’s, Cafes, Tobacconist, Newspaper, Gym and Children playground are all located within 300 m from the guesthouse.

The airport G. Galilei provides national and international flights from/to Pisa and is situated 6 km from the B&B.

If arriving from the A12 motorway (Genova-Rosignano),

exit at Pisa-Centre. You will then have to take the Fi-Pi-Li highway and follow the directions to Florence. Exit at Navacchio.

When you arrive from A1 (Milano- Napoli)

Exit Firenze Signa. And take the Highway S.G.C. Firenze-Pisa-Livorno direction Pisa, exit Navacchio.

When you arrive from A11 (Firenze-Mare)

Continue to Pisa North and take the A12 motorway to Livorno. Exit at Pisa Centro and take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno highway following the directions to Florence. Exit at Navacchio.

After exiting at Navacchio follow the directions for Calci. Cross the underpass and continue direction Calci. At the second roundabout please turn at the first exit on your right. Via Preite is the second street on your left.
